Privacy Policy
We collect what a parent gives us to hold an audition or answer a question. We do not sell personal information.
What we collect
On the registration form, that is a parent’s name, phone, and email, a performer’s name and age, interests, an optional scout name, and the consent choices you check. If you book a showcase seat or write to us, we keep that message too.
How we use it
We use it to hold the audition, send appointment reminders you agreed to, and reply to you. Marketing texts and emails go out only when those boxes are checked. We do not use a child’s information for advertising profiles.
Cookies and analytics
A small notice asks before any analytics cookie is set. Analytics stays off until you accept. If you decline, it stays off. Details and a way to change your mind are on the Cookie Policy.
No sale of personal data
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. See Do Not Sell or Share My Info.
Children’s privacy
No data from children under 13 is collected without verifiable parental consent. The application is meant for a parent or legal guardian. Parents can review or delete their child’s data by emailing legal@talentauditions.biz.
State privacy rights
Depending on where you live, including under the California Consumer Privacy Act, you may have the right to know, correct, or delete personal information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share it. To make a request, email legal@talentauditions.biz or use the Do Not Sell page. We will not discriminate against you for asking.
How long we keep it
We keep application and audition records only as long as needed to run the audition, provide training you asked for, and meet legal duties. You can ask us to delete a record.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect what you send. No method of storage or transmission is perfect.
